He was very responsive, prompt, and kind. The men who installed my new furnace were always polite, respectful, and helpful.

"If anyone needs central air conditioning replacement or repair (or furnace), I'm going to suggest you reach out to DG Heating & Cooling. Dave is the man. They are quick to respond. My AC went out after a storm last week. I called the next morning at 8:30, and they were at my house before noon. Unfortunately, it had a scorched main panel. Not the standard stock item. Dave got on the phone with the factory to try to get it fast-tracked. No luck, but it had a next Tuesday delivery. Well, they got the part earlier than expected. Did they make me wait for my next Tuesday appointment? NO, I got a phone call this morning, Dave was here 15 minutes later, and I have a running central air system up and running. Thanks, Dave."
